15.3 - Quick and Effective Warm Up
Here we go, time to break past the halfway point of the 2015 Open. I don't know about you, but this is the first workout of the open that has gotten me excited!
This week's warm up video is really going to prep you guys well to perform your best in this event.
The circuit is as follows (do this for 4 rounds):
- 10 Crab walk stretches
- 10 Primal pull throughs
- 5 light goblet squats with a 2 second hold at the bottom (go light)
- 20 single unders progressing to double unders by round 4
