In workout 2, we have some ground to overhead movements and burpees. This can sometimes be a tricky combination because we are going from a movement like the burpee where the back rounds to a movement like a clean and jerk where we don't want the back to round. Tough combo.
During this warm up, we want to start with a light weight of ground to overhead and progress heavier each round of the warm up. We will do this in combination with the other movements in the warmup to get ourselves ready to go!
