5 Simple Things You Can Do to Be Healthier

This week's podcast is a little different. Instead of having a guest or discussing a topic, I decided to share some tips on how to be healthier.

The 5 simple things you can do right now to be healthier:

  1. Track what time you go to sleep, wake up, and how you feel in the morning
  2. Do a movement routine in the morning
  3. Drink more water
  4. Get up every 30" during your work day
  5. Put your phone into airplane mode or turn it off at night
