5 Simple Things You Can Do to Be Healthier

This week's podcast is a little different. Instead of having a guest or discussing a topic, I decided to share some tips on how to be healthier.
I'd love to hear from you in the comments if this is a format you like or dislike so I know to make more/less of this type of podcast.
The 5 simple things you can do right now to be healthier:
- Track what time you go to sleep, wake up, and how you feel in the morning
- Do a movement routine in the morning
- Drink more water
- Get up every 30" during your work day
- Put your phone into airplane mode or turn it off at night
In the podcast episode, I go deeper into the details of each of these 5 things.
