Mobility vs Flexibility: What's the difference?

In this week's podcast we discuss the differences between mobility and flexibility.

These terms are often used 'softly' and without clear definitions. This makes it hard to know exactly what someone is talking about when they say you need to be more flexible or more mobile.

If you don't know what the term is or means, you don't know what to do because you aren't sure of the stimulus needed to make change.
