The ideas that Marlo shares in this video are important for a number of reasons, but I think the biggest is that we shouldn't always associate movement with exercise.

With strength and conditioning training, the idea is to be biomechanically 'safe' while targeting certain tissues, metabolic pathways, etc.

But when it comes to being able to move your body in many different directions, weight shift, have movement intelligence, it doesn't have to be a 'workout' for it to be time well spent.
