This Movement Fix Mini Band is great for both upper body and lower body use. This particular band is light resistance and is great for most people to use for their upper body and a great entry point for lower body training.
The upper body applications for mini bands are endless. A few of the drills I commonly use this band for are:
Shoulder Isometrics to improve the front rack position
Fixing crossover arm swing in running
For lower body use, these light mini bands are great lateral toe taps
