Single Leg Balance and the Vestibular System

This past weekend I was down in San Diego recording with Barbell Shrugged for an upcoming podcast.

While I was down there, I had the pleasure of meeting Theresa Larson and Anders Varner from The Low Back Fix at MovementRx in downtown San Diego.

In this week's video we look at the importance of single leg balancing, not only in place but also statically in a single leg deadlift.
