Adductors
Passive Adductor Stretch Test

Points to note in this video:
- The back needs to stay flat
- If the positions improve with cuing, it was an awareness issue
- You can perform this right after the rock back test to differentiate between hip mobility and adductor stretching
Passive Adductor Mobility Work

Points to note in this video:
- The stretch should be felt at the inner thigh of the straight leg
- There should be no pinching in either hip joint
- The foot of the straight leg can be kept flat or rotated to be on your heel
Active Adductor Stretch Test

Points to note in this video:
- Make sure you are wide enough when you start this test
- The low back shouldn’t bend
- You should be able to achieve squat depth with a neutral back to be considered ‘passing’
Active Adductor Mobility Work

Points to note in this video:
- Start gently with loaded adductor stretching
- Keep the back in neutral to the best of your ability
- Start slowly and build up over time
- You should be able to walk normally after working on these drills
