Welcome to The Movement Fix Workshop Online!

Let’s first start by taking a look around the webpage to see how this course is structured.

If you’re on a laptop/desktop, you will see course navigation is located on the right (on mobile, it’s located at the bottom).

This online workshop consists of 7 modules. The first module, Home (which you are in right now), is a bit different as it has individual sections to help take care of things like downloads, how to get CEUs if you need them, updates to this online workshop over time, etc.

The other 6 modules are where the workshop content lives.

Each module has an overview section that covers the main things to focus on.

You’ll then see the videos to watch, followed by the highlights / key points from that video.

Lastly, there is direction on what to do next.
